said the owner was very helpful and gave lots of info about specific

We purchased the products
online and found it easy to do. The products arrived in good time and

The
Shadow box arrived in 2 weeks production time is 14 working days stated
on the website. There was a computer glitch with the supplier Cathy's
Concepts and a replacement glass was shipped out and delivered in 7
Business days. The shot glasses where ordered one week after the shadow
box and production is 10 to 13 business days. Our production time was 8
business days. After a phone call to customer the customer received all
items and Customer was Happy. Due to high demand the Shadow boxes require extra processing time.

A preview was sent to us before the order was placed, and we recieved them in good time. They look amazing! And cant wait to give them out as wedding favours. My only complaint is how many you have to order for a minimum. We want two different colours of the same design and had to order the minimum of each, which was twice as much as we needed. But overall, I love the product!

Personalized Shot Glass
Ordered a rush, and it was done and delivered on time for my
wedding. My only complaint would be that a few of the shot glasses had a
chip in them and a few of the shot glasses had a red/pink tint to them
that wouldn't wash off.

There is always a chance that there maybe breakage or chipping due to shipping. If there is any glasses in question we will refund broken glasses.There are sometime a blemish in the glass that may case a reddish colour. july 29,2012, I have made a purchase. But I have never received a
shipping confirmation date. Many times I have sent an email, I got an
automated response. And if I called, I got a voice mail.
Customer
service is pathetic. After 4 weeks of waiting for my order, I finally
reached Gary. Which he was very unpleasant, therefore I cancelled my
order. Even at that, they never had the decency to send me a
confirmation transaction of the credit.
Till today, I am still awaiting service and response. This is the worst company to order from.”
Management response:
The
purchase of personalized favours along with non personalized favours
production time for the personalized favour was 8 to 12 business days.
We received one email with a response that Fashioncraft had short
shipped 10 out of 40 lollipops. They express shipped the items to us and
item was ready to ship on Aug 20th. We had sent a special email to the
customer and our staff received a call with customer cursing at us. Ms
Pina Di stef repeatedly cursed at our staff. Management pulled the
package and issued a refund as per the customer request. A refund is
done instantly and there is no refund number that can be given due to
banks all use different numbers (paypal issued a email which customer
says never received). The shipment was to arrive Aug 23/12 and event
date was Sept. 8. Please when calling our customer service number if you
get voice mail and calls will be returned between 10 and 5 Monday to
Friday eastern standard time.

"I really like the product, but thought the customer service was lacking. Usually when you purchase something online you get a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information, tracking and expexted delivery date. I did not recieve that and contacted the company by e-mail, only to get a brief message back over a week later. "

Every
order placed will get a invoice sent to the email provided in the
shipping section of the checkout. Invoices are sent within minutes of
placing your order. Shipping and tracking information is not provided
that quick as glassware takes 2 to 3 weeks for processing and our
packages are weighed before shipping labels are made. You will notice
that the invoice sent to you does have DO NOT REPLY in block letters,
this is because we will not receive these messages in customer service.
We have added the customer service email at the top of every invoice.
PLEASE always provide updated email on the order for your tracking
information.

"Hmmm...well
lets start with the positive. They did arrive in a timely fashion and I
liked the fact that I was emailed when they shipped and again when they
arrived. The spelling of names and date was correct which was VERY
important. However, the quality of product itself was a little to alot
dissapointing. Some of the printing is crooked. There are freyed threads
on more than half that I will have to trim and try to untangle as some
bags are stuck together because of this. Some of the stitching is coming
out and for some odd reason "light blue" thread was used on several of
these "purple" bags and seem to be almost hand stitched in areas to
maybe re-sew seams that had stitching missing? I am a little nervous to
show my soon to be daughter-in-law these bags without fixing them
first. Was not expecting that I would have to do that. Kinda sad..:-(”
Management response:
We are very sorry for the issues created on this product. We have called the comapny and expressed the concerns of this issue. The bags have come in with some excessive threads hanging on the openings. We have this product under review by our staff and will remove the product if the supplier cannot correct the issue. The issue seems to be with the 3x4 personalized satin bags and not the 4x6 size. The pricing for the 4x6 has been lowered.

As posted on the website it may take 2 weeks for the product in before shipping out. Cake topper
"It was broke when I got it. So y'all did not do good at all”
Management response:
The
item that was purchased was from Weddingstar ("Written in the Stars"
Bride and Groom Couple Figurine). We are not sure why a one star was
given on our service. Customer called that the item was broken, we had
asked that a picture be sent as we do on all our damaged items. A
picture was sent and one of the stars had fallen off, we had contacted
Weddingstar and they are aware of the issue. We then contacted the
customer to arrange a new topper to be sent out at no charge as her
event date was not until August 4, 2012 . The customer responded that
she does not want a new topper but would like the money back, we
requested the item must be returned at our expense. Customer refused to
have it returned and Only wanted her money back. Several days later we
received a email stating that the customer was keeping the product and
will glue the star on herself. After further check on this problem we
have found that one star is packaged in the styrofoam will come off in some cases. We will notify customers when orders are placed before shipping out this product.

Customized Shot Glasses
They look awesome!! I wasn'y however overly pleased with them. The lettering seemed much larger and thicker on the website then when we recieved them and there were a few that were missing the last letter of my fiance's name.
Management response:
We are so happy that the glasses look awesome. Our images printed on our glass are larger then others in the industry, when text gets long and go on a small glass they will look smaller then on a larger glass. We use 99% of the time a 12pt. font. When we get into large runs there is times when a print on the glass may miss slightly. We carefully inspect all glasses as they come off the line and also before they packaged. We always add a number of extra glasses in each order just in case there is a glass chipped etc. This is done at no extra charge. This way you will never be left short. (This order 3 glasses were added).

Very disappointed
"I ordered playing cards as wedding favors and they spelled my name wrong. They did up new labels but they arrived a week after the wedding. They shipped them via Canada Post, knowing that they were hit or miss with delivery times. Now they will not reply to me and I had to hand out favors with my name spelled wrong. I am not impressed how I didn't get what I had paid for...”

We are very sorry for the mis spelling of the name. When we found this out we had our staff printed new labels that night and shipped them out the next day. We shipped the product xpresspost with Canada post due to the rural area and being a P.O Box . Ups does not delivery to P O Boxes. The new labels were to arrive in time for your event. Due to the overload that Canada Post had AFTER their strike the shipment left here and sat in Mississuaga for 5 business days before sending it to Alberta. Canada Post commented as we changed our rules and do not guarantee delivery. Great stress was put on many business and clients with the strike. The level of service with Canada Post was very poor and our calls to Canada post we were told should have used another courier. We are shipping more items out using Fed Ex and Ups.

Went to the store located in Hamilton to look at a few items that I would need for my wedding 10 months from now. My girlfriend and I were looking at the wine bottle stoppers and asked how much one of them was because it did not have a price. He said they are usually $2.99 each but because they were a returned order and he had them in stock he cou ld give them to me for $2.50. So I purchased them. When I returned home I thought the amount that was charged to my credit card was too much, so I figured it out and it was too much. I emailed him and he told me that he said he could sell them to me for $2.99 not $2.50. It's funny how my friend and I heard $2.50 each. If I knew they were $2.99 I would have waited closer to the wedding, considering I don't have a job right now. It will be his loss because I need more stuff for my wedding and I will be shopping elsewhere. For me, this was very poor customer service Working in the service industry for over 20 years, An unhappy customer is not a good thing for a business.My warning to all is there is no itemized bill so therefore check to make sure all the prices are what has been agreed upon.

When you came to the store you had told me that you had been on the website and had copies in your hand of the items you where looking for, I told you that I can give you $1.00 off he bottle stopper you had the print out in your hand of the stopper. The regular price of the product you were looking for is $3.99 and with the $1.00 off it comes to $2.99. Then when you were asked how many people where attending I said 250 and you corrected me and said that 50 people were attending. I offered to REFUND the stoppers but you refused because we were the cheapest price without the $1.00 off regular price. I also told you that the special price was for the ones in stock and I only had 48, you told me that was fine. When you left the store I received an email (which is not shown) threatening I have to do certain things or else. The FULL REFUND is available on any of our products if you are not happy with your purchase.
